Product Information

With stainless steel blades that resist warping and breaking, the Nemco 55650 LettuceKutter™ shredder is designed for repeated use. The angled handle design transfers power to the pusher block for less strenuous operation. Despite each swing of the top, rubber feet hold the shredder in place safely. Scalloped blades cut lettuce neatly into 1-inch strips, which turn brown slower than dull cuts of lettuce. For durability and versatility, the blade assembly can be swapped out or replaced with other sets. Additionally, the blades and the pusher block can be removed for cleaning.
