More importantly, our products have many features that are desired in today’s commercial foodservice market. Features that include a large “cold wall” heat transfer design, electronic micro-processing digital temperature control with external digital display, Unit has no defrost mechanism, units must be defrosted daily by de-energizing the unit.Unit also comes standard with a stainless-steel tip-back pan well cover, 1/6 size, 6” deep metal pans with lids and adjustable stainless steel adaptor bars.
