Gas Griddles now feature all new heat dials that turn a full 210 degrees for ultimate control! Snap action controls with no electrical cord required. 1” griddle plate and a mechanical modulating valve/thermostat for maximum cooking control. 4” grease trough accepts full-sized spatulas. Welded stainless and aluminized steel, construction and 4” adjustable legs. Griddle plate is continuously welded to base. Field convertible gas regulators. CE models include safety pilot.
